This week, please join us in welcoming our newest vendor, Big Deal Oatmeal, offering hearty and delicious oatmeal creations that are perfect for breakfast and beyond. Jenny's Minis Donut Bus is also back at the market this week! Stop by for their fresh, made-to-order mini donuts and enjoy a sweet treat while you shop.
Looking for inspiration for your market haul? The Cooperative Extension team will be on-site with a food demonstration featuring a fresh and seasonal Arugula and Three-Pea Salad. Be sure to stop by for samples, recipes, and tips for making the most of local produce.
As always, you'll find an incredible selection of local fruits, vegetables, meats, baked goods, artisan products, and more.

Andersen Honeys & Yummies will be away June 13 so make sure to stop by and stock up on your all-natural and gluten free yummies this week. Don't miss the delectable gluten-free coconut cake made with organic coconut and a kiss of dark Barbados rum. Every second Saturday from May-October you can find Andersen Honeys & Yummies at the Henderson County Tailgate Market, and every Tuesday now-August from 3-6 pm at the Fletcher Farmers Market.
